Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 18, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Porch.com, Inc. (“Porch”), doing business as PGM LeadConnect (“PGM LeadConnect” or “we”), collects, uses, and shares information about you. PGM LeadConnect is a lead aggregation business that connects contractors and home services professionals (“Professionals”) with verified homeowners ready to start home improvement projects. Our website and services are directed at Professionals seeking to grow their businesses through our lead programs.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect when you access or use our websites, mobile applications, telephone service, or other platforms or properties (the “Properties”), use our products and services (individually and collectively with the Properties, the “Services”) or otherwise interact with us. This Privacy Policy also applies to personal information we collect from other sources, including our parent company and its subsidiaries (each, a “Porch Group Company”), third-party lead providers, and homeowner information that Professionals provide to us in connection with their use of the Services.

By “personal information,” we mean information that uniquely identifies an individual, such as your name, email address, or government-issued identification number (such as your driver’s license number or social security number); your unique financial information, such as your credit card number; and information that we link to your unique identifier(s) or unique financial information. If information is de-linked or de-identified, we do not consider it to be personal information. For example, your postal address would not be personal information if it were included in a list of addresses without names or other unique identifiers. Business information (such as the name of a business or the business address or phone number) is not personal information.

When a person interacts with us through our Properties, it is typically in a business capacity as a Professional, or as a representative of such business interested in our lead programs. Even in business interactions, however, individuals may provide us with their name and other personal information. We collect and use that personal information to interact with you as described in this Privacy Policy. Any homeowner may request that their information be removed from our lead database. See the section below entitled “Managing Your Personal Information.”

References to PGM LeadConnect also include companies providing services to PGM Lead Connect, the Porch Group Companies, and our business partners, to the extent that such parties are collecting, using, or sharing personal information for or on behalf of PGM LeadConnect. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by those companies only when they provide such information to PGM Lead Connect.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Privacy Policy on our website and updating the effective date at the top of this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes, we will provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our website or sending you an email notification).

If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not continue using the Services.

Information We Collect

Information You Give to Us

We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect your name, email address and other information when you fill out a registration or inquiry form, contact us about our lead programs, or otherwise transact business with us; subscribe to our promotional marketing programs; request customer support; or otherwise provide us with content that includes personal information.

Information We Collect Automatically

When you access or use the Services or when we send you emails, we and our advertisers may use tracking technologies to automatically collect information about you. Please see our Cookie Policy to learn more about these technologies, how we use them, and how to manage or disable them. Automatically collected information may be associated with your unique browser, device identifier or Internet Protocol (IP) address, but we do not consider it to be personal information unless it is linked to your unique identifier(s).

Automatically collected information includes:

  • Log Information. We log information such as IP address, access times, operating system, browser type and language, Internet Service Provider (ISP), and the web page you visited before navigating to our Services.
  • Usage and Session Information. We collect usage information, such as how many visitors visit a specific page, how long they stay, which links they click on, and how, when and how often they use particular services, and session information, such as mouse actions, pages visited, screen actions and other interaction patterns.
  • Device Information. We collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access our Services, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers and mobile network information.
  • Location Data. If you are using mobile Services, we may collect location data directly from your mobile device if your device allows us to do so. In addition, your IP address may provide an approximate geo-location.
  • Transaction Information. When you make a purchase or enroll in the Services, we collect information about the transaction, such as the date and details of the enrollment or purchase.
  • Emails. When you receive emails from us, we collect information about whether and when you opened the email, whether you clicked on the images and links in the email, and whether your computer or mobile device is capable of receiving HTML-based email.

Information Collected from Calls

When you call us, when we call you, or when we connect calls, we may monitor and/or record those calls for quality assurance and customer satisfaction purposes. In those jurisdictions where consent is required for a party to record a telephone call, you consent to us recording such calls. We treat the records of these calls, when linked to your unique identifier(s), as personal information.

Information We Collect from Porch Family Companies and Third Parties

The Porch Group Companies provide PGM LeadConnect with information they collect from their customers and business partners. For example, if you have interacted with another Porch Group Company, that company may provide your information to us to allow us to offer relevant services to you or to keep our records updated.

We may also obtain homeowner and consumer information from third-party lead providers and data providers, and public sources. We may also receive homeowner and consumer information from Professionals in connection with their use of the Services, such as when a Professional provides feedback or updates regarding a lead or in a project posting or other user submission on the Properties. We may combine personal information we have about an individual (for example, an email address) with information obtained from other sources (such as name, telephone number, and mailing address).

Information Collected from Chat Tools and AI-Assisted Communications

We may use live chat, chatbot, or other messaging tools on our website to assist Professionals with sales inquiries, account support, or general questions about the Services. These tools may collect and process the information that you voluntarily provide during a chat session, including any personal information.
We may also use automated or AI-assisted tools to facilitate communications between Professionals and homeowners in connection with our lead programs, such as automated outreach, follow-up messaging, or appointment scheduling on behalf of Professionals. These tools may process personal information, including homeowner contact information and lead details, in order to initiate or assist with those communications.

Communications through these tools may be monitored, recorded, and stored for quality assurance, security, training, and analytics purposes. By using our Services or engaging with communications facilitated through our Services, you consent to such monitoring and recording.

We may engage third-party service providers to operate our chat, messaging, and AI-assisted communication tools. These providers may process chat and communication data on our behalf and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. In some cases, we may also collect metadata related to chat sessions and automated communications, including timestamps, browser type, IP address, device information, and user interaction behavior (e.g., clicks or page visits before and after the chat).

Please do not use our chat tools to share sensitive personal information (e.g., financial account details, passwords, or other confidential information).

Aggregate and Anonymized Information

We may also aggregate (group) or de-link/de-identify (anonymize) information. Aggregated, anonymized data is not personal information subject to this Privacy Policy, and we may use it to analyze usage of the Services or for any other purpose. We may also share aggregated and/or anonymized information with Porch Group Companies and their business partners. For example, based on the information we have obtained from and about individuals, we may compile a list of addresses that we believe are associated with an individual moving to a new address and provide that list (without any unique identifiers for the individuals) to our business partners.

How We Share Information

Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party. If we share your personal information, we do so only as follows:

Porch Group Companies

We share information with Porch Group Companies for marketing purposes, to allow them to improve their products and services (such as confirming or supplementing information they have about a person or to classify a person as a mover), in connection with the data, technical, legal, accounting, and other services shared between the Porch Group Companies, and for other internal business purposes. The Porch Group Companies will be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy with respect to personal information received from Porch and will use that personal information only as described in this Privacy Policy.

Professionals and Clients

A core function of our business is sharing homeowner lead information with Professionals and other clients. We sell, distribute, or otherwise provide homeowner lead data to contractors and home service professionals through our lead programs. We share such information only to the extent we are legally and contractually permitted to do so.

Companies Providing Services to Porch

We share information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers that are providing business services to PGM LeadConnect. For instance, we may share information about you with a third-party service provider that hosts the Properties, provides call center or other customer service, sends out emails, serves ads to you on the Properties or on a third-party platform, or monitors or analyzes Services data. Such companies will have access to personal information only as necessary to carry out their work and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

User-Directed Disclosures

We share your personal information when you direct us to do something that requires its disclosure or when you otherwise provide your consent. For example, if you seek homeowner leads through the Services, we may provide your information to homeowners and their information to you.
